  • Stealth is founded on June 7 by Margaret Nyswonger.
 
1995
  • Stealth receives its first blanket purchase agreement from Rock Island Arsenal.
 
1996
  • Oakland Raiders football team accepts a proposal from Stealth.
  • Stealth opens its first office at 400 Main Street in Pleasanton, California.
 
1997
  • Picatinny Arsenal and Fort Belvoir sign a contract with Stealth, and increase the contract's value to more than 35 times the original amount over the next seven years.
  • Stealth moves its main office in Pleasanton, California from 400 Main Street to 4466 Black Avenue.
 
1998
  • Stealth achieves its first service contracts from California Public Employees' Retirement System and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
 
1999
  • Stealth becomes a Cisco Systems Silver Certified Partner.
  • Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and Library of Congress sign multiyear contracts with Stealth.
  • Stealth moves its main office in Pleasanton, California, from 4466 Black Avenue to 7060 Koll Center Parkway.
  • General Service Administration (GSA) signs basic ordering agreement (BOA) with Stealth.
  • State of California awards Stealth with a California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) contract.
  • Stealth receives 100 top business awards.
 
2000
  • Stealth's annual revenue increases to 20 times the size of its first-year revenue.
  • Stealth opens its new corporate headquarters at 6900 Koll Center Parkway.
 
2001
  • East Bay Business Times ranks Stealth as the 10th largest woman-owned business in the East Bay.
 
2002
  • Stealth opens its Washington D.C. office.
  • San Francisco Business Times ranks Stealth as the 29th largest woman-owned business in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • East Bay Business Times ranks Stealth as the 9th largest woman-owned business in the East Bay.
 
2003
  • Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) signs a five-year contract with Stealth.
  • Small Business Administration honors Stealth with the "Small Business of the Year Award."
  • Stealth receives ATP-IPCC Certification from Cisco Systems.
  • California Public Employees Retirement Systems honors Stealth with the "Rock Award" for excellent customer service.
  • East Bay Business Times ranks Stealth as the 7th largest woman-owned business in the East Bay.

  • Stealth's revenue increases by 50 percent in four years.
  • Small Business Administration honors Stealth with the "Small Business of the Year Award" for the second straight year.
  • Stealth becomes a member of the NCI Information Systems, Inc. team and wins the NETCENTS Government Wide Acquisition Contract.
